The stages involved in the data-appending process are:
Upload database: The client
uploads its target database followed by requirements analysis
with our experts.
Match and enhance records:
The database managers match the fields of the project database
based on unique set of parameters with our master database.
This process helps in appending the contact details already
existing in the master table. Rest of the contacts, which
go un-appended after this process, are updated manually by
our data team using advanced web based data extracting tools.
Validation of Append File:
Once the append file is built, we run a verifier to validate
the updated email contacts. This process helps in increasing
the reach to your target audience and result in better response
rate for marketing campaigns carried out using the append
project database.
Download appended file: Once
the appended file is ready, you can download the file through
FTP. Other options of sending a data file are through email
or else we can send it on CD. You can get the output in any
file format that suits you, such as Excel, HTML, Plain Text,
Access, CSV format and more. |
